[MDining] 'Servsafe' Manager Certification (Always Food Safe)

This class will take place as two half-day sessions- continental breakfast will be provided.

Both days will run from 8:00AM-12:00PM.  The exam will take place on Day 2.

Manager Certification Exam for those that need to update their Servsafe Certifications.  Not intended for first-time examinees.

Books can be picked up at 541 Thompson St., STE G240- ask for Gina, Joe, Sloane, Britney, or Allison.

Servsafe certification is required for ALL student managers in Michigan Dining.

The class consists of two sessions of instruction, followed by one session for a review and exam.

This is a three-part class, taking part on the following days and times:

Monday, September 9 - 7:00pm-9:30pm

Tuesday, September 10 - 7:00pm-9:30pm

Thursday, September 12 - 7:00pm-9:30pm -WILL TAKE PLACE AT SCHOOL OF PUBLIC HEALTH ROOM ROOM 2615.

Day one will take place from 9am-1pm.

Day two will take place from 9am-3pm to accommodate the exam.
