Collaborations are essential in any field that requires group work, but collaborations are only sometimes intentional. The Group Development Model aims to help simplify chaos while simultaneously recognizing the complexity of collaborative work. The GDM aids in establishing working relationships, tapping into the group's wisdom and expertise, and designing a process for decision-making to reach successful outcomes together. Thus the GDM helps create intentional collaboration.

“Interpersonal feedback is a practice that builds working relationships between collaborators who approach and do work in different ways, and who need to express what will encourage them to bring their best selves to a project."

“Our education systems do not traditionally teach us how to give and receive feedback. Identifying what you need to be successful in collaboration and what your partners need is critical to building strong, successful working relationships."

Join us as we explore the Feedback Model and learn how to establish supportive conditions for engagement.

Everyone is part of a complex system. This system can be broken down into many other smaller systems. We can use a Systems Thinking approach to understand how these systems work and intertwine with each other.

"Solving complex problems often includes choosing the right stakeholders and engaging them in a participatory manner."

Let's explore engaging stakeholders using a Systems Thinking approach.
