Practice Hub Lunch and Learn Series 2023-2024

Are you looking for opportunities to hone your leadership skills, communicate, and work with others? Join us at the monthly lunch and learn sessions will be held in the Practice Office space in Suite 2700 unless otherwise stated. These programs are focused on interdisciplinary collaboration and learning and are rooted in principles of Design Thinking, Transformative Learning, and Experiential learning theory.

Communication and public health go hand-in-hand. They work with one another to ensure the public is armed with accurate, timely, and helpful information.

This session will engage students by walking through case studies where communication and public health worked to avert crisis and when communication failed and a public health crisis was imminent.

Crystal S. Campbell, Public Information Officer for Washtenaw County and former Communication Educator, will lead this workshop
