Meet at the Community Center at 5:15 to take the bus together to Ann Arbor Public Library Downtown
Cassandra Arroyo (carroyo@umich.edu)

The Ann Arbor Public Library: Downtown is hosting a Taste & Tell Event in which attendees can make their own tasting flight of chocolates led by Michelle Krell Kydd. Michelle has a trained nose in flavors and fragrance who shares her passion for gastronomy, sensory evaluation, and the perfume arts in Glass Petal Smoke. Taste & Tell builds community through interactions with flavor, fragrance and storytelling. Attendees will develop a language for chocolate flavor. In addition, they’ll be able to apply knowledge acquired at Taste & Tell to build on chocolate appreciation on their own or with friends. All materials will be provided to attendees.

If you would like to go to the event together, please meet at the Community Center at 5:15pm. Otherwise, we will meet you there!
