Studies show that one in three college students experiences food insecurity. The Maize and Blue Cupboard at U-M addresses food insecurity by providing students (and faculty and staff) with access to healthy, nutritious food, and the means to cook it.

From November 1-November 30th, we will be collecting donations from our Northwood Community to give to the Maize and Blue Cupboard to help our fellow campus community. Please consider donating the following (UNOPENED) items:
Hand soap
Dish soap
Sponges
Laundry soap
Dishwasher detergent
Toilet paper
Paper towel
Facial tissues
Garbage bags
Lysol wipes
Toothbrushes
Toothpaste
Floss
Shampoo
Conditioner
Body wash
Lotion
Deodorant
Feminine products
Condoms
Baby items
School/office supplies
Unopened, dry, ground herbs and spices
Cookware such as pots, pans, tupperware, plates, bowls, cutting boars, silverware, etc

You may drop off you goods at one of the bins located across Northwood at one of these three locations:
