Take time to de-stress from mid-semester responsibilities and be in community with other Northwood residents to engage in relaxing mindfulness activities and self-care. We will provide clay molding, drawing/coloring crafts, and other activities to help you disengage from the everyday demands of being a grad student. If you'd like to bring your own supplies/activities (e.g., a book) to be in community with us, please do! We will be providing dinner and comfort food to nourish the soul!
