We will meet residents in the hideaway at 8:30 pm (11/11), and one of us will continue to direct residents to the area we're working in. The hideaway has an assortment of separate seating where residents will be able to sit with their roommates and complete their roommate agreement forms. As residents finish, they'll be able to go, and free up space so that someone else can use it if it becomes necessary. The goal is to have some degree of privacy as residents work with their roommates on the forms, but everyone is accessible if someone likes another room's idea or wants help from us the RAs.
