Please come join your Northwood RA's on Tuesday September 28th from 6-7 PM at the 1000 McInytre Community Center to view a presentation by a member of CAPS Staff (Counseling & Psychological Services) called "Stress Less". As the academic semester begins to increase in intensity, we want to be sure you have the resources and knowledge to reduce stress and anxiety in your everyday activities! Please join us to view a Zoom Presentation called "Stress Less" by CAPS from the MPR Room of our Community Center! Pizza and a "Stress Less" Goodie Bag will be provided to all who sign up!
