While your CV or resume provides data about you, a cover letter conveys a unique story.
During this workshop, you will:
- Learn the basic purpose and structure of a cover letter,
- Learn how to tailor a cover letter to effectively communicate how your career trajectory and aspirations align with those of the organization/role for which you are applying,
- Receive feedback on your cover letter.
Please bring a draft of your cover letter along with a description of the dream job or real job you are applying to if you wish to participate in a peer review activity during the workshop. Part 1 attendance is not required.
