BLI Engaged Leadership Sessions

The overarching goals of these workshops are: (a) to provide an interdisciplinary perspective on engaged leadership; (b) to learn about the complex dimensions of being an engaged leader; (c) to provide a variety of tools to cultivate leadership skills. The workshops are developed by leading scholars in the field exclusively for the BLI mindful leadership program and open to BLI Leadership Fellows and other interested members of the U-M community.

Zilka Joseph

Poetry and the Art of Engaged Living with Zilka Joseph

Zilka Joseph is an internationally known poet, author, and a passionate teacher. Her poems have appeared in major anthologies. She has conducted several poetry workshops for a variety of groups including students and executives. Her poetry workshop will focus on how to use poetry to creatively engage with our lives.
