Join the Northwood RAs for a little fun in the sun during Memorial Day Weekend!
Start your Saturday with a family friendly 5K walk/run event open to all Northwood graduate students and family members. The 5K will start at 10AM ET (water stations will be set up along the route and light snacks provided afterwards).
Check-in will take place at the Northwood Community Center (1000 McIntyre) beforehand, which is where the 5K will begin. Anticipated route: Participants will begin by traveling North along McIntyre Drive, around NW IV onto Beal, taking a right at Bishop, left at Cram Circle, right at Hubbard, left at Murfin, right at Bonisteel and onto Beal, right at Hayward, left at Hubbard, right at Beal, and finishing at Rainbow Park (next to the Fire Station). Participants must stay on sidewalks, as roadways will remain open.
Registration is required. Participants are encouraged to register in advance in order to help make the check-in process run smoothly.
Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
