Waiting for grade
This event will be a casual spikeball tournament open to all residents in the hall. When residents arrive they can either sign up with a partner or be matched with someone to form a team. Once teams are formed, we will create a simple tournament bracket so teams can compete in short games.
The event will begin with a quick explanation of spikeball rules so that new players feel comfortable participating. Multiple games will happen at the same time if we have more than one spikeball set available. Residents who are waiting to play can watch games, socialize, or practice.
The goal is to create a fun, relaxed outdoor environment where residents can meet people in the hall while being active. Snacks and water will be available so people can hang out even if they are not actively playing. At the end we will recognize the winning team with small prizes or bragging rights.
Overall the event is meant to build community in the hall while encouraging physical activity and social interaction.
