Understanding your core values and unique strengths helps you articulate your personal and professional experience and capital.

Using Brene Brown’s research, Clifton Strengths evals, StrengthsFinder, and Design your Life strategies, student will dig into their unique value add.

Students will be able to bolster cover letters, personal statements, and interviews after reflecting in the session.

Student will be able to reframe their effort to align with their core values and make the most of their degree program.
