Pizza, Puzzles, and People Who Lead is an interactive, team-based leadership workshop where participants explore their personal leadership styles while enjoying pizza and working together on a creative puzzle challenge. After watching a series of short videos on leadership and team dynamics, participants reflect on their individual strengths and write them on uniquely shaped puzzle pieces. As a group, they must then collaborate to fit all pieces together with minimal gaps and an intentional outer shape, symbolizing how different leadership styles can come together to form a cohesive and inclusive team culture.
