This POWERFUL session lead by Toyota executive and IOE alum David Ostreicher will guide you through topics that will help you analyze whether the company you will work for is a good match with your personal values. Adults spend more time at work than with family or enjoying personal interests so the discussion is critical to make sure you AND the company are good fits for each other. 

This is a *must* attend session if you are entering the consulting world, want to someday enter the consulting world or will be an internal consultant at a company. Engage with IOE alum consultants to understand how to fully achieve the 'trusted advisor' title with your clients and get the most out of your role.
