Critical Visualities Movie Showing

Join us for a showing of Ryan Coogler's new film Sinners at the Michigan Theater. An early dinner, courtesy of Critical Visualities, will precede at Ashley's (338 S. State Street), 5:00-6:15 PM, where we will discuss analytical (and other) approaches to filmic visual materials. The first five respondents will also receive free movie admission! 

If you are only able to join the film viewing, please arrive for the movie by no later than 6:30 PM. We will meet at the front entrance of the theater (233 S. State Street) at that time. The movie begins at 6:45 PM. 

Brief discussion of interpretations of the film will follow.
