Description
The UMSI Culture and Care Committee invites the UMSI community to come together Tuesday, April 15th from 10-11 AM to engage in fun activities that bring our Culture of Care Framework to life! This framework was developed from community interviews and survey feedback on the initial draft collected over last year.
All are welcome to attend, whether you participated in the initial interviews and feedback survey or not. We will have a delightful selection of sweets, pastries, and cupcakes to enjoy as you explore various stations designed for deeper engagement with the framework.
Activities will offer an opportunity for creation and reflection, individually or with those around you, to understand how the four pillars of our Culture of Care—PACT—resonate with you:
Promote processes that celebrate success
Advance meaningful connections
Communicate with transparency and respect
Make space and time to Thrive
