Emotional intelligence is a powerful asset for leaders, as it enables them to comprehend and govern their emotions and responses. In this workshop, we delve into the four key components of emotional intelligence: Self Awareness, Self Management, Social Awareness, and Relationship Management.

Students will gain valuable tools to recognize their inner voice and discern moments of emotional hijacking, thereby learning effective techniques to handle such situations. This session is tailored for students seeking to enhance their leadership skills and foster healthier relationships with others by understanding and regulating their emotions more effectively. By the end of the workshop, attendees will be better equipped to navigate their emotions and harness them as a source of motivation and positive influence in their leadership journey.
