The Annual Men of Color Symposium View Other Sessions

This year's theme is "Breaking Barriers". Our goals are cross-cultural learning, identity development, community building, skill development, and wellness. The symposium will include keynote speakers and interactive dialogic base concurrent sessions that will create opportunities to learn about and from each other and opportunities for community building, as well as academic, personal, and professional development

This interactive workshop that provides a critical reflection of past experiences in order to understand our current thinking and behaviors regarding microaggressions in the classroom, workplace, and community. The workshop also examines the benefit of revising developing authentic work relationships that facilitate inclusive work and classroom environments. Facilitated by Dr. Krishna Han, Associate Director, Office of Multi-Ethnic Student Affairs.
