The mission of Puentes is to create an equitable space that centers the intersectional identities of incoming and current Latinx graduate students and allies across schools, departments, and disciplines at U-M. We strive to foster a space of community, healing, and empowerment, where students feel supported and equipped to advocate for their needs and the needs of their community during and beyond their academic tenure at U-M. Cumbia Dance Lesson

Join Puentes for a beginner Cumbia dance lesson! No partner needed and water is provided. Wear comfortable clothes and join us for an evening of dancing. There will be a guided lesson from 7:00pm-8:00pm and open dancing until 9:00pm. We look forward to seeing you there!
