Renew, Replenish, Restore 🪷

Renew, Replenish, & Restore programming at Trotter Multicultural Center is an opportunity for students to engage in racial healing. We will work with campus resources to create experiences that let students feel joy and cultivate ways to heal from past racial experiences through the framework of the Tree of Contemplative Practices.

Have you seen someone experience trauma in your life or on social media, but haven’t necessarily experienced the trauma yourself? Do you feel yourself begin to withdraw or feel exhausted? Join Trotter Multicultural Center & Wolverine Wellness to better understand Vicarious Trauma. We will go through an interactive discussion to define vicarious trauma, understand the impacts and what you can do to heal from it individually and as a collective. Hot cocoa & snacks provided.
