U-M Campus Flu Shot Clinics - Provided by Michigan Medicine Flu Immunization Program, Fall 2022

Please be sure to:

• Register for a clinic

• Arrive anytime during the clinic time frame that you have registered for

           o there is no appointment time

           o arrive anytime during the clinic hours

• Wear a face mask

• Wear appropriate clothing so the vaccine can be administered in your upper arm

• Bring your health insurance card and MCard (for students only). If not covered by health insurance, flu shot is $40 and payable by check or credit card only (no cash)

• Do not attend the flu clinic if you don’t feel well
