Literacy and access to equitable education continues to be both a local and national issue. Community leaders Melissa Brooks-Yip (Washtenaw Intermediate School District ) and Nancy Shore (Ann Arbor Public Schools) join us to talk about literacy and overcoming educational inequity in our local community. Join us on March 10, 2021 from 7-8pm to learn about how local leaders have been working to support teachers, children and families during the COVID pandemic, meet other UM students interested in educational equity, and learn how you can get involved.
