microlearning

What is µlearning?

Reading about career options is a great way to begin your career exploration. Reading alone, however, has limitations. Take your career exploration to the next level by talking to people in careers that interest you and engaging in experiential learning. Short on time? Consider µlearning!

Microlearning (or µlearning) is a new series offered by the Office of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies for career exploration. This semester will showcase two career tracks in higher education for Ph.D. holders: STEM Professional Development and Technology Transfer.

μlearning (pronounced microlearning) is a two-part series for career exploration. Part one is a Q& A session with an expert in the career field, while part two is a more immersive experience consisting of real case studies one might encounter in the career field.

Please join us in welcoming back Pharmacology Alum Dr. Jackee Sanchez. Dr. Sanchez accepted a position as a Medical Science Liaison at AstraZeneca after graduating with her PhD.
