Local leaders of housing-based nonprofit organizations in Washtenaw County

Access to affordable housing is both a local and global issue. Community leaders Carley Kleinhans (SOS Community Services) and Desirae Simmons (Interfaith Council for Peace and Justice) join us to talk about housing access and affordability in our local community. Join us on February 26, 2021 from 12-1pm to learn about how local leaders have been responding to the housing crisis in Washtenaw County during the COVID pandemic, meet other UM students interested in housing access and affordability, and learn how you can get involved. Bring your lunch and learn about this topic and ways to get involved on campus and in the community.
