U-M Campus Flu Shot Clinics – Provided by Michigan Visiting Care, Fall 2020

Login is not required to schedule an appointment.

Please be sure to:

· Schedule an appointment (see link below) in order to maintain social distancing at the clinics.

· Wear appropriate clothing so the vaccine can be administered in your upper arm.

· Wear a face covering / mask.

· Bring your own pen.

· Bring and show to clinic staff your health insurance card and MCard (for students only)

· Do not attend the flu clinic if you don’t feel well.

You should plan to arrive promptly at the starting time of this Session so we can efficiently administer the flu shots. Please maintain social distance protocols and you must wear a facial covering/mask to the flu shot clinic and bring your own pen. If you are not feeling well on your appointment date, please do not attend the flu shot clinic.

Please wear clothing that provides access to your upper arm and bring your insurance card.
