Self-massage is a safe, therapeutic hands-on approach to self-care that everybody can benefit from. Due to the intensity of our work, our muscles tend to be overused or misused. In this workshop, we will be focusing on releasing tension in the neck, upper shoulders, feet, and calves. You will need a mat, or a chair, loose attire, and curiosity of how the body will feel before and after.
