Join RAs Ashley & Dominique for another A Local Trip to the Tropics at Matthaei Botanical Gardens!

The Botanical Gardens Conservatory includes tropical, temperate, and arid houses with more than 1,200 species from around the world, so if the tropics is not your thing, fear not; here are other climates right across a walkway!

Practice multiple forms of stress relief for a short part of your day by doing intentional breathing, meditative walking, and a body scan exercise with your friends and neighbors.

***Northwood will provide transportation***
