The RAs are hosting a Be Well Monday Relaxation Station in the Blue Apple Lounge to give residents an opportunity to relax, de-stress, and connect with their community. Residents can make slime, enjoy face masks and snacks, receive free goodie bags, and watch The LEGO Movie while spending time with their peers, with Nico the therapy dog potentially joining the event. The program creates a welcoming, low-pressure environment where residents can take a break from their academic responsibilities and prioritize their mental well-being.
