MSI Connect: Embracing Your Culture and Lived Experiences as Change Tools

Embracing Your Culture and Lived Experiences as Change Tools is an interactive leadership training led by Dr. Mary Margaret Carrillo (Doctora MMC), founder and CEO of Latina Voices Institute. Rooted in cultura (culture), comunidad (community), and whole-person growth, this session invites participants to honor their personal, family, and cultural stories as sources of wisdom, resilience, and leadership.

Participants will reflect on how lived experiences can strengthen well-being, deepen learning, build confidence, and advance equity and belonging within teams, institutions, and communities. Attendees will leave with practical approaches to turn story into strategy and lead with greater authenticity, connection, and impact.
