What helps research groups, classrooms, departments, and teams do their best work? One important factor is the ability to recognize and support different ways people think, communicate, process information, and engage with their environments.
Join this “Well-being at Work” session with Dr. Michelle Campbell to explore foundational concepts related to neurodiversity, neurodivergence, disability, and workplace inclusion. This introductory session will offer practical, respectful strategies for creating neuro-inclusive and neuro-affirming environments in which faculty, staff, and teams can collaborate, communicate, and thrive more effectively. No prior knowledge or experience is required. Participants will have opportunities to reflect and engage in discussion either verbally or through chat.
