Grad School 101: Counseling Services at Rackham

This workshop provides a brief introduction to all things Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS)! Learn about CAPS services, staff, and outreach efforts on campus to promote mental health and overall wellness. This workshop also provides information on when to seek services at CAPS and how to set up an initial consultation with a CAPS counselor.
