2026 Summer Orientation Workshop Presentations (International Center)

The International Center's Summer Orientation workshop presentations are designed for new international students admitted for Fall 2026. These workshops are presented by staff from various University departments. You may register for as many workshops as you are interested in.

All workshops are listed in Michigan's time zone: Eastern Daylight Time.

This year, some workshops will be presented virtually, and while others will be in-person. Be sure to note this when registering for sessions of interest to you.

Most virtual presentations will be recorded and recordings will be available on the International Center Summer Orientation 2026 Canvas site.

The University Health Service (UHS), a part of University Health and Counseling, is the campus health clinic for members of the University of Michigan community. In this session, you’ll learn about the many services offered by UHS and how you can take advantage of them! You can expect the presentation to last 30 minutes, followed by 15 minutes reserved for your questions.
