The movie follows Miranda Priestly at the end of her career, navigating the decline of traditional print media. Facing financial struggles at Runway, she is forced to go head-to-head with her former assistant, Emily Charlton, who is now a powerful executive at a luxury fashion group with the advertising dollars Miranda desperately needs.
