Residents will gather in the community lounge for a hands-on creative activity using air-dry clay. The session will begin with a short introduction and demonstration of simple clay techniques. Residents will then have the opportunity to shape and decorate their own small room décor items such as trays, trinket holders, or mini sculptures. Residents can personalize their creations or look at some examples online. Throughout the event, calming music will play in the background to create a relaxing atmosphere, while conversation will be encouraged, allowing residents to connect. By the end of the evening, residents will leave with a finished piece of handmade décor and a sense of accomplishment, and a deeper connection to our hall community.
