We are extremely excited to announce our first guest speaker of the semester! Come join us on Tuesday, November 7th from 1:30-3:00 p.m. as we welcome Danyelle Reynolds from the Ginsberg Center to give a workshop titled "Entering, Engaging, and Exiting Communities". This workshop, "introduces principles and practices for thoughtfully engaging with communities, including motivations, impact of social identities, and strategies for engaging in reciprocal, ethical, and respectful ways."
Pizza will be served from 1:30-2:00 p.m.
"Danyelle Reynolds supports students and student organizations in leadership development through community engagement at the Ginsberg Center for Community Service and Learning. She fosters learning and development through training and programmatic consultation to student leaders, working with them to advance their goals and meet community-defined needs. Additionally, she advises multiple student groups, including the University of Michigan Alternative Spring Break program, the Ginsberg Community Engagement Leadership Fellows, and the Ginsberg Center Student Advisory Board. Danyelle is passionate about promoting social change through education, community engagement, critical reflection, and leadership development.
Danyelle began working at the Ginsberg Center in 2014, having obtained Bachelor of Arts degrees in History & Sociology from the University of Georgia and a Master of Arts degree in Higher Education & Student Affairs from (The) Ohio State University."
