Interviewing 101. Join the RAs to go over interviewing fundamentals, from both a technical and behavioral perspective. Interviewing 101 will begin by covering general interview practices before transitioning into examples and potential individualized practice, depending on resident demand and interests. This event is great for people with little to no interview experience and are looking for clarity on how interviews are structured.

Join us in the MPR to participate in some watercolor painting. We will have different stations set up where residents can sit and have access to basic watercolor paints, brushes, and paper. This should allow students to sit in a circle and socialize in a group, and hopefully create something expressive for their personal spaces. We hope this event can create a calming space after a possible hectic transition period for them and create a sense of community.

Join us in the MPR for Pumpkin Face-Off! We will have mini pumpkins and a variety of silly face stickers available for residents to decorate their own pumpkin to take home. Residents can sit together while decorating, compare their creations, and socialize with others in the community. This activity will give residents a fun, creative break from classes and studying while supporting mental well-being through relaxation and stress relief. We hope this event creates a welcoming environment where residents can unwind, meet their neighbors, and strengthen their sense of community.
