The PhD Career Ladder Program (PCLP) is an 8-week long, small-group career exploration program for graduate students and postdocs. Attendees will gain the knowledge of a framework for career exploration that is based on best practices. Graduates of the program will be eligible for leadership opportunities in future semesters, namely serving as a peer leader for future iterations of PCLP.

PCLP comes to the University of Michigan Medical School via the Professional Development hub (pd|hub), a national initiative, funded by the NIH, to advance the career and professional development of scientists and engineers.
