Networking Mixer and Dinner: 5:30 pm-6:30 pm

Dinner Menu: 

• Two Entrees: Halal Chicken (grilled and sliced chicken with a fragrant curry, garlic, and green onion rub) and Tofu (pan-seared tofu, peppers, cabbage and eggplant in a paprika and cumin coconut sauce)
• Two sides: Long Grain Rice and Mixed Vegetables (sauteed peppers, eggplant, cabbage, onions, and carrots in coconut curry)
• Dessert: Vegan raspberry bar

Movie Screening and Snacks: 6:45 pm

Our 2025 Keynote Speaker is Dr. Natalie Davis, Assistant Professor in the Critical Studies in Education Department.
