With 30 years at Ford in Product Development, Julie has built a career spanning chassis design, program management, feature software integration, and systems engineering. Throughout her journey, she has gained extensive experience in interviewing, career development, advocacy, and mentoring helping both herself and others grow professionally.

Balancing a fulfilling career and family life has been a key part of her journey. After taking two one-year maternity leaves and successfully navigating a job-sharing role, Julie and her job-share partner became the first to be promoted through two levels of middle management into the executive ranks. This experience has fueled her passion for helping others find their own paths to success whether through mentorship, career growth, or achieving work-life balance.

Outside of work, Julie loves spending time with her husband, adult kids, and friends and is excited to mentor and support others in their professional and personal journeys.
