InsightXchange: Celebrating and Creating Transformative Moments

InsightXchange is a video discussion series that brings staff and faculty together to watch a short video, interact around the topic, and learn as a community. In this event, we will watch Drew Dudley’s TedxToronto talk, “Leading with Lollipops” and use his concept of “lollipop moments” to reflect on how others have inspired and positively impacted our lives. During the session, participants will be given time to write Appreciation Cards that express gratitude for transformative experiences. The group will also identify actions and behaviors that can be used to create lollipop moments for others.
