Sessions For: School of Information

Attention support staff and advanced users: Join us for an in-depth exploration of the AV technology in the new Leinweber building. This advanced session will offer a look at the capabilities across multiple spaces, including the new 200-person divisible room, the event space, classrooms, and conference rooms. The session will begin in room 1125 and include walking to a variety of spaces in the building.
Will include demonstration and discussion of:
In-room controls, lecture recording, and Zoom streaming
Presenting from one device on two projectors using the room's snapshot feature
Collaborative Student TV usage and broadcasting to other in-room displays
Support and troubleshooting
