RAs Lauren Billman and Rhiju Chakraborty, after closing meeting, over zoom, the RAs will guide students into reflecting on their first/second year at Michigan so far, and then provide tools to help residents put into words what they want their summer and next year at Michigan to look like. RAs will provide frameworks and words to help guide this vision-mapping, and encourage residents to share their takeaways and goals post-completion of the exercise.
