This Stress-Less Event will help participants explore how stress impacts the eight dimensions of wellness and understand the difference between eustress and distress. Through interactive activities, they will identify personal stressors, categorize them by level of control, and learn short-term stress reduction techniques. Participants will also discover campus resources and services for continued support in managing stress and maintaining overall well-being.
