Come celebrate Diwali! Diwali is the Hindu festival of lights. It symbolizes the spiritual ""victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance"". It is a time for cleaning and decorating homes, lighting lamps and candles, exchanging gifts, and strengthening family bonds. Diwali represents the celebration of wealth, prosperity, and the spreading of joy and knowledge. It is a significant cultural and social festival that promotes unity and diversity.
Join us as we learn about Diwali, prepare decorations for our homes, enjoy Indian foods, listen and dance to Indian music, and share the aspects of our lives for which we feel thankful. Be sure to wear some bright colors!
