Coffee and Conversations is the longest running event in the Munger Graduate Residences! Coffee and Conversations offers students the opportunity to share what is on their mind and discuss those topics with a diverse group of graduate and professional students who may have enlightening perspectives to contribute. This group will allow you to grow your network and see various university, state, or world events from a new lens.

Join TF Nishant in celebrating the end of the summer and the start of a new academic year! We will have popsicles, DIY goodie bags, and tie dye.

Meet up with your neighbors for a walk to Washtenaw Dairy! The TFs will treat you to a free ice cream cone. Please register in advance, spots are limited. We will meet in the first floor Munger lobby and walk to the dairy together.

Join TF Wendy for a lesson in swing dancing with instructors from the local Fred Astaire dance studio. This workshop is intended for beginners with no experience. Instruction is free but spots are limited, so please register in advance!

Join the TFs at a Detroit Tigers baseball game! We will watch the Tigers take on the Pittsburgh Pirates on Umich night. Tickets and transportation are provided free of charge, but supplies are limited, so please register in advance. The anticipated bus schedule is as follows:

• 6:30 pm Arrive at Comerica park
• 9:30 pm Anticipated End of Game/ Leave Park

Join us for a trip to Ford House and explore this prominent family's estate showcasing 1930s-era architecture & landscaping! We will have a group tour of the main residence, followed by some free time for everyone to explore the gardens and enjoy some time by Lake St. Clair. Transportation will be provided, please eat before coming or plan to purchase food on your own at the museum. We encourage you to bring a water bottle and/ or snacks. Our intended bus schedule is:

Join GRA Akshaya and the TFs for a tour of the Detroit Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. The event will include a discussion of the Federal Reserve System and a tour of the cash department, which disburses currency to area banks. This is a great chance to learn about the US central banking system! Transportation is provided, but spots are limited, please register in advance. Our bus schedule is as follows:
