We’ll be watching a scary movie, making masks, and showing off our spookiest fits in a costume contest (yes, there are prizes 🎃). Pizza, popcorn, candy, and drinks will be flowing, so come hungry and ready for some ghoulish fun. It’s going down Thursday 10/31 at 8:00 p.m. in the Gandhi Lounge — don’t ghost us!

We’ll have everything you need — mugs, paints, and brushes — so just bring your creativity (and maybe a friend or two) and connect with your community. Supplies are limited, so be sure to come early and grab your spot!

Take a break from studying and join RA’s Lucas, Sam, and Tyler for Palmer Power Hour. We will walk to Palmer Temporary Gym together, exercise as a group, and then walk back. Whether you’re new to the gym or a regular lifter, this is a fun way to learn new exercises, share lifting tips, and get active with your hallmates.

Fuel your brain at Study Stacks with RA Emma, Robert & Sara! On Monday, November 17th from 7:00 - 8:00 PM, come to the Gandhi Lounge and enjoy a warm stack of pancakes and lock-in while you study with friends. We’ll share some easy, effective study tips to help you stay sharp and stress-free. 

Join RA Sehj, Majd, and DPE Gbonju for a relaxing evening featuring a local henna artist who will be creating beautiful, personalized designs for residents. Come learn about the cultural art of henna, sip some FREE CHAI, and take home your own temporary masterpiece on your hands!

There will be chocolate muffins, candy, and other chocolate treats to enjoy while we make pipe-cleaner flowers and Valentine’s cards. This is a relaxed, come-and-go event and a great chance to unwind, get creative, and hang out with others in the community. No partner required—everyone is welcome! 

Come unwind and connect with RA Sam and Majd at our Self-Care & Cocoa! Residents can make affirmation cards, create stress balls, and participate in guided gratitude journaling while enjoying a build-your-own hot cocoa bar.  Conversation starters will be available for those looking to meet new people or strengthen existing connections. This is a relaxed, welcoming space to practice self-care and community connection. Snacks and hot cocoa will be provided. Happening Wednesday, February 19 from 7:00–8:30 p.m. in The Community Center. 

Get ready to ignite your competitive spirit and join us for the Ox-Lympics—an Olympic-inspired extravaganza celebrating the excitement of the 2026 Games, Oxford Houses style! From graceful "figure skating" (Just Dance) ping pong in the Seeley Lounge, to strikes and smarts with bowling and mind games in the Emanuel Lounge, and showing off your hoops skills on the basketball court, there’s a challenge for every champion! 

🏆 Compete for sweet victory and claim your gold... in the form of delicious chocolate coins! Ox-Lympics is all about fun, friendship, and a dash of healthy competition.
