Leveraging Data to Inform Advising Practices

As CSP Advisors, we have large advising cohorts to manage. In addition to managing hundreds of student data points, we also have to manage on-going changes to the makeup of our cohorts (affiliation, advisors leaving, students requesting changes, etc.). Considering these aspects of CSP advising, it is important to be strategic in managing our advising data. This session will provide insight into how we can manage our advising cohort data to support our workflow and in turn better support students.
