Amplifying Access: Funding Solutions for Scholarship that Matters

Amplifying Access: Funding Solutions for Scholarship that Matters is a grant-writing and funding-strategy conference designed for graduate students, faculty, postdoctoral scholars, research staff, scholar-practitioners, Bowman Scholars Network members, and campus and community partners seeking to strengthen their capacity to fund impactful scholarship.

Through a keynote address, two panel conversations, experience-based workshops, scheduled Consultation Zones, Resource Fair engagement, and networking opportunities, participants will learn how to:

  • Identify funding opportunities

  • Align projects with funder priorities

  • Develop compelling proposal narratives

  • Communicate research impact

  • Build sustainable funding strategies

The conference is especially attentive to scholars pursuing inclusive, community-engaged, access-oriented, equity-focused, and diversity-related research in a shifting funding landscape.
