How is generative AI impacting learning and teaching? This kickoff event launches the GenAI & Human Learning Workgroup at the Eileen Lappin Weiser Center for the Learning Sciences and begins a year-long inquiry into how generative AI is shaping our understanding of human learning and implications for teaching.
The event will feature remarks by Dr. Bob Bain, situating generative AI within the broader history of educational technology, followed by facilitated small- and large-group dialogue. Questions, critiques, and emerging ideas are welcome.
Take our brief survey! Your input will inform the workgroup’s events and programming over the coming year.
